We offer daily hot yoga and pilates classes in our yoga studio located at Noosa Blue Resort. Classes are for EVERYONE no matter age, body shape or state of health. See below for more information about each of the different classes.

Room Temperature Classes
Vinyasa Flow will work to increase your strength, flexibility and balance. This style of yoga is a great way to learn the skills you need to build a strong foundation for a more advanced yoga practice.
