About Vinyasa Flow
Vinyasa Flow is a style of yoga suitable to all levels of experiencce. Vinyasa means “breath-synchronised movement”, and in this class you will be directed to move from one asana (pose) to the next using inhalation and exhalation.
The 60 minute Vinyasa Flow classes at Aloha Active are NOT heated. They are performed at a comfortable room temperature.
Vinyasa Flow will work to increase your strength, flexibility and balance. This style of yoga is a great way to learn the skills you need to build a strong foundation for a more advanced yoga practice.
