We all know how amazing yoga is for recharging and revitalising the body and mind. We know how great we feel when we’re practicing regularly. But sometimes we need a little extra accountability to get us through the door as often as we’d like.
It’s for that very reason that we’re running the first Aloha 21 Day Challenge of the year.
21 days is the perfect amount of time for your body and mind to clean and refresh from the inside out. It’s also a good amount of time to establish new habits, making it easier to get your butt to class more often!
We highly encourage beginners and regular practitioners alike to join us for this challenge. It’s a great way to learn more about your body, your practice and push yourself in a healthy way.
