Breath Awareness and Conscious Breathing for Relaxation and Better Energy with Ite Sonder
Join us for a one day breath workshop in Noosa with Integrative Breath work Teacher Ite Sonder. If you want to honour your body, THIS IS FOR YOU!
You will learn:
- to explore your breathing patterns and what they mean for your life
- how to enhance your breathing for deep relaxation AND more energy
- techniques to counter stress
- how to balance your nervous system with conscious breathing
- to create positive feedback loop between breathing and relaxation
- about the relationship between your emotions and your breathing
- how to evoke qualities like love, self love and unconditional love within your body
Please wear comfortable clothing and bring your water bottle and snacks. There will be a 2 hour lunch break from 1pm to 3pm.
