• Science Backed: Blending science and modern movement theories.
• Yoga Alliance Certification: Recognition as a RYT-200, internationally accredited.
• Comprehensive Support: 1on1 mentorship, an online learning platform, and a 600-page Yoga manual.

Your Journey Unveiled:

• Yoga History, Philosophy & Lifestyle: Dive into the roots of yoga, Bhagavad Gita, Patanjali’s Sutras, Tantra, Ayurveda, Sanskrit, and self-care rituals.
• Principles of Alignment in Yoga Asana: Master Surya Namaskars, standing poses, hip openers, twists, core poses, backbends, forward folds, inversions, and restorative poses.
• Anatomy & Physiology: Understand body planes, applied anatomy of abdominals, hips, lower body, shoulders, spine, and major body systems.
• Energetic Anatomy & Chakra Yoga: Explore nadis, kundalini, chakras, granthis, bandhas, and practices for each chakra.
• The Art & Science of Pranayama & Meditation: Discover prana types, pranayama techniques, mudras, mantras, chanting, mindfulness, and neuroplasticity.

Certification Teaching Skills Module:

• Seat of the Teacher: Embody the role of a yoga teacher.
• Ethics & Attributes: Foster a safe and inclusive environment.
• Teaching Techniques: Sequencing, planning, inclusive teaching.
• Practical Assessment: Apply skills in a practical setting with constructive feedback.

Additional Requirements:

• Class Attendance: 30 classes outside the training.
• Extra Curricular Study & Assessment: Self-directed study and assessments.
• Community Class Teaching: Lead a 60-minute community class as a final assessment.
