Get a sweat up and peddle to the beat of the music in our newly designed cycle studio. Fitted out 26 Schwinn bikes, lighting and music you can pedal, pump and cycle in one of our two 45-minute cycle classes – Vibe n Ride!

High energy, party on your bike!

Riding to the rhythm of the music and peddling to the beat of the base. Huge in the US Beat-based cycling is becoming popular worldwide and Aloha is the first to launch Vibe here in Noosa.

Vibe classes are choreographed indoor cycling workouts for the whole body. Incorporating a range of upper body exercises, HIIT training, cardio and strength Vibe classes are great for toning, weight loss, flexibility, fitness, health and well-being whilst having fun!

Classes are suitable for all levels.

RIDE

Cycle series of endurance sprint, and dynamic movements!

Cycle with speed, resistance and interval training. Your spin instructor will guide you on a musical journey of climbing hills, racing, sprinting, intervals, spinning and flat riding.

Set your own resistance with the dial and speed.

Classes are suitable for all levels.

FAQ

Is there an additional cost to attend cycle classes?

No, all Aloha classes are included in your membership so you get the added benefit of more classes without the extra cost.

How do I set up my bike?

Our instructors are here to help you set up. We recommend you arrive no later than 15 minutes early for your first class.

Can I hire bike shoes with cleats?

Yes you can, we have a range of shoe sizes available to hire.

What should I wear?

Leggings, tights, bike shorts, t-shirts, singlets and trainers or bike shoes with cleats SPD compatible.

How many calories do you burn in a 45-minute cycle class?

Approximately 500-700 calories.

Do I need to book into Vibe n Ride classes?

Yes we recommend you do as there is a limit of 26 bikes in the cycle studio

Do I need to be an experienced rider?

Classes are designed for all levels so no need to have any prior riding experience just hop on the bike and start having fun.

What do I need to bring?

Towel, water and trainers or bike shoes that fit SPD cleats.
