With a focus on performance, strength, and conditioning, A. Performance is where serious training meets smart programming. Our expert coaches lead group sessions in a premium setting, using top-tier equipment and proven methods to help you move better, feel stronger, and perform at your best.

Choose from three class types – Strength, Stronger, and Sweat – each designed to target different elements of fitness while complementing one another for a complete training experience.

sTRENGTH

Elevate your functional fitness with Aloha’s full-body conditioning workout designed to build strength, stability, and well-being. Utilising mats, dumbbells, kettlebells, bands and blocks, our expert instructors will guide you through a series of exercises tailored to all fitness levels.

This floor-based strength-focused session complements your cardio and flexibility routines, promoting a balanced fitness regimen whilst boosting your endurance, stability, and power to excel in all physical activities. Build and maintain lean muscle mass whilst stabilising, toning and conditioning, essential for long-term fat loss and metabolic health.

STRONGER

Stronger is our performance-based program designed to increase maximal strength while building lean muscle mass.

Each workout includes a targeted main lift combined with complimentary accessory exercises, with the option to focus on upper or lower body each and every session.

We integrate proven training principles and monitor rep ranges, intensity and volume to support continuous progress – with a splash of variety to keep things equally fun and challenging

Small classes guarantee plenty of attention from our incredible coaches!

Other benefits of strength training include improved bone density, joint health, postural changes, stress reduction, cognitive health and mood.

SWEAT

Maximise that endorphin rush with our strength and conditioning Sweat. – Our circuit high intensity conditioning class that combines everything from free-weight and bodyweight movements to Concept 2 ergs, Rogue Echo bikes, treadmill and sleds for a well-rounded full body workout.

With no two classes the same, these sessions will keep you guessing while improving aerobic capacity and training a range of movement patterns.
