Wondering what a day on this retreat will look like?
We will begin each day with movement at The Ubud Yoga Centre, a stones throw from the beautiful Bali Spirit Hotel.
We will explore different Yoga modalities as well as HIIT Pilates. Each morning you will use the empowerment of movement to let go of stress, stagnant energy and emotion to create the space to step into your authentic self.
Our morning practice will be followed by breakfast at Bali Spirit Hotel, and then free time to relax by the pool, get a massage, explore the cultural delight that is Ubud or just simply sit, breath and take it all in.
Our afternoons will be sprinkled with excursions, activities and ceremonies to make sure you really get the most out of your Balinese experience.
Your evenings will be spent with new friends and community with three group dinners included.

Are flights and transfers included?
Flights and transfers to and from airport are not included. This gives you the flexibility to fly in-and-out when suits you best! You may wish to stay longer and explore Bali while you’re already here!

Yes, of course! If you’re feeling any sort of anxiety about coming alone, please reach out to us!

Where is the accommodation?
Just outside of Ubud centre, Bali Spirit Hotel is peacefully situated on the edge of the Wos River. Surrounded by hundreds of green coconut trees, terraced gardens and with palm lined valley views spread out below.
Natural springs flow into a large swimming pool. And the Bali Spirit provides a complete program of body massages, beauty treatments, and healing tools from traditional Balinese healers & Western practices.
The rooms at Bali Spirit Hotel offer a traditional balinese style combined with modern and refined comfort.

What time can I check into my room?
You will be able to check into your room anytime from the 2pm on the 2nd of October. Please notify us of your estimated time of arrival.
Is Travel Insurance Included?
No, you must purchase your own travel insurance. Travel Insurance is a non-negotiable when traveling overseas so please ensure your purchase it.
Can I go on a payment plan?
Yes! Once you have paid your $350 deposit we will contact you to discuss how you want to pay the balance of the retreat. We are super flexible and can set up weekly/fortnightly or monthly instalments – whatever is best for you!
When is the balance amount due for the retreat?
The balance is due 6 weeks before the retreat, Wednesday the 21st of August.
