Hot HIIT Pilates
High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) Inferno Hot Pilates incorporates pilates principles to a high intense cardio workout. Hiit sculpts your body, creates long lean muscle mass and improve core strength.
Hiit is the ultimate high energy experience. The class is upbeat, intense, fast pace and offers one of the best workouts to tone, trim and burn. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time with , intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods.
The class is conducted in a room heated to 32-34C degrees.
Mat Pilates
Mat Pilates is a low-impact, full-body workout focused on building deep core strength, improving posture, and enhancing flexibility. Performed on a mat using bodyweight resistance, it targets key stabilising muscles – especially around the core, back, and hips – for better movement, balance, and alignment.
Each class combines breath, control, and precision to activate muscles mindfully and improve overall body awareness. You’ll strengthen and lengthen your body while relieving tension and stress.
Mat Pilates is suitable for all fitness levels and easily modified for beginners, athletes, or those recovering from injury. It’s an accessible, effective way to move better, feel stronger, and support your long-term mobility – wherever you are.
