Our studio is your sanctuary for yoga, we offer a range of yoga styles tailored to your needs; from Vinyasa Yoga: Flow seamlessly, breathe deeply, and find your inner strength through dynamic movement, to Hot Yoga: Sweat, detoxify, and rejuvenate in our infrared heated studio, enhancing flexibility and promoting relaxation, and also, Yin Yoga / Meditation: Nurturing stillness, targeting connective tissues, and experience deep relaxation in our gentle, meditative classes.

Vinyasa

Vinyasa is a dynamic style of yoga that links breath with movement in a flowing sequence of poses. Often called “flow yoga,” it builds strength, flexibility, and balance while keeping you mentally present and physically engaged.

Each class is unique, moving through creative transitions that build heat and challenge the body, all guided by the rhythm of the breath. Expect to sweat, stretch, and find moments of stillness within the movement.

Vinyasa is accessible to all levels, with options to modify or advance poses depending on your needs. It’s ideal for those who enjoy a more active, energising practice that also cultivates focus and mindfulness.

More than just a workout, Vinyasa connects mind and body – leaving you grounded, strong, and energised.

Yin Yoga / Meditation

Yin Yoga is a great complement to other styles of yoga. Yin is a passive style of yoga, with postures conducted primarily on the floor. Yin yoga is unique in that you fully relax into the postures, allowing the practise to soften the muscles and work deep into the joints and fascia system of the body. Postures are held for longer period of time, generally 1-5 minutes. Yin yoga is performed in a non heated room.
In each class of Yin Yoga, you are trying to access the deeper tissues, such as the connective tissues & fascia and many of the postures focus on areas that encompass a joint (hips, sacrum, spine). As one ages, flexibility in the joints decrease & Yin yoga is a wonderful way to maintain that flexibility, something that many people don’t seem to be concerned about, until they notice it’s gone.
It’s an intimate practice, so get ready to get intimate with yourself, feelings, sensations & emotions. Great practice to help deal with addictions, eating disorders, anxiety & deep tissue pain or trauma, a life saver for many.
