Our studio is your sanctuary for yoga, we offer a range of yoga styles tailored to your needs; from Vinyasa Yoga: Flow seamlessly, breathe deeply, and find your inner strength through dynamic movement, to Hot Yoga: Sweat, detoxify, and rejuvenate in our infrared heated studio, enhancing flexibility and promoting relaxation, and also, Yin Yoga / Meditation: Nurturing stillness, targeting connective tissues, and experience deep relaxation in our gentle, meditative classes.

Vinyasa
Vinyasa yoga is a dynamic flow practice that can be playful, meditative and challenging. Vinyasa promotes vitality to energise the body and mind through breath and movement.
The postures in vinyasa progress in a flowing fashion focussing on strengthening the core, improving flexibility and state of mind.
Suitable for all levels, you will use your breath and postures to find your authentic self.
The word Vinyasa derives from ‘Nyasa’ meaning ‘to place’ and ‘vi’ meaning ‘in a special way’.

Aloha Fusion
Aloha Fusion is a fusion class combining the Hot Yoga series with the basics of Vinyasa Flow.
This class follows a structured posture sequence that’s the same every class, this enables you to focus more closely on your breath and movement. It begins with pranayama, then follows into a ‘flow’ of well known asanas including sun salutations, high and low plank, downward and upward facing dog and back to standing. Woven through this flow sequence are the basic hot yoga postures and combine with vinyasa flow. This class works your entire body, from the mind to your bone marrow and skin.
Aloha Fusion will leave you feeling strong, energised and more alive!
This class is suitable for beginners.
