Bali Retreat 2024

Terms and Conditions

1. To reserve your spot on the retreat you must pay a $350 deposit and the balance of the amount owing by 04/09/2024.
2. If you have not paid the entire amount owing by 04/09/2024, your booking will be cancelled without refund.
3. Aloha Active is not responsible for your travel to and from Ubud, Bali. You must organise your own flights and transfers.
4. Aloha Active is not responsible for your travel insurance, you must purchase your own and understand your policy in the unfortunate event you need to make a claim.
5. Aloha Active is not responsible for you getting into Indonesia or the costs associated (flights, visas, etc), you must do your own research to ensure you are eligible to get into the country.

Cancellation Policy

1. If you need to cancel your booking, refunds are not offered under any circumstance.
2. We do not offer a refund if you arrive late or leave early from the retreat.
3. In the unlikely event we do not get the minimum bookings, we reserve the right to cancel the retreat. In this scenario we will provide a full refund, however, we are not responsible for your expenses incurred, such as bookings made in preparation for the retreat.
