HIIT sculpts your body, creates long lean muscle mass and improve core strength. HIIT is the ultimate high energy experience. The class is upbeat, intense, fast pace and offers one of the best workouts to tone, trim and burn. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time with, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. The class is conducted in a room heated to 32-34C degrees.

What should I bring?

Bring along a mat, towel and water. If you’re new to the studio, please arrive 15 minutes prior to class so we can get you registered and give you a quick tour of the studio.

About Inferno Hot Pilates

Inferno Hot Pilates is a class developed by Master Teacher Gabriel Walters that has taken the U.S. by storm! After founding the first dedicated Hot Pilates studio in Las Vegas in 2009, Gabriel went on to creat the Inferno Hot Pilates Class. Since then, the popularity of Hot Pilates classes has grown exponentially with many Hot Yoga studios adding the popular Inferno Hot Pilates classes to their class timetables.
