• 8:30am Yoga Class (90 minutes)
• 11am Brunch
• Free time to relax, explore, visit the beach, enjoy the pool
• 4pm Yoga & Meditation (90 minutes)
• 7pm Dinner

Tuesday 5th September

• 6am Silent meditation walk
• 7:30am Yoga Class (90 minutes)
• 11am Brunch
• Free time
• 4pm Yoga Class
