Vinyasa 101: Foundations of Flow

A 2-hour workshop designed to give you greater clarity and safety in your Vinyasa/Power yoga practice.
This workshop will breakdown the fundamental postures in a ‘vinyasa’ as well as Sun Salutations A and B. We will look into safe alignment and how that can be applied to your body. We will also take the time to explore a little yogic philosophy as another tool you can draw on in your practice.
A workshop designed to give you more confidence to step on to your mat, connect with breath, feel safe in your body and to delve a little deeper into this practice of flow yoga.
